What to include
Section titled “What to include”A report is much faster to resolve when it has:
- Your Primail version. See Check your Primail version.
- Your macOS version.
- Your mail provider, for example Gmail, iCloud, or Fastmail. We do not need your email address or password, so please leave them out.
- What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
If we ask for logs, Settings → Support can export a diagnostics file. Nothing is sent until you attach it to an email yourself.
Security reports
Section titled “Security reports”If you believe you have found a security problem, write to [email protected] with “Security” in the subject line, and please give us a chance to fix it before sharing details publicly.
